Dear Admin,
Good Day!
Related to the upcoming SCI-MATH event, we are requesting for the approval of our booth and
our planned activities such as the following:
1. BOOTH NAME – ‘POT LUCK’
2. BOOTH GAME – “I-shoot mo sa’kin”
3. We will be needing the ff. materials; 2 tables, paper cups, ping pong balls, and
songbook. The others will be provided or borrowed by the members of the club.
4. Game Concept
 Players: No maximum players, but he/she/they must pay 3 pesos for every 5 ping
pong balls.
 Rules: A set of paper cups are on the table, and the players will have to shoot the
ping pong balls into at least one of the paper cups. The paper cups have a
written number inside, and that number indicates the title of the song we (Music
Club) will be singing.
 The Hidden Rule: If the player shoots to at least one of the paper cups, he/she
will have to sing with us or with any of his/her desired person.
5. Attire: Black t-shirt (printed or not) and pants.
