Medical fraud

Medical fraud is one of the most dangerous type of fraud, as a result of which people can die.I
had a terrible situation two years ago.I went to the doctor because of constant heart pain.At rst
everything was ne, he checked me, I told him what kind of pain I have and how often they
happen.After all this, he wrote me 5 medicines that I had to take.I left the hospital and went to the
pharmacy to buy medicines.When I told the pharmacist the names of the drugs, he looked at me
strangely and asked how old I was? After I said my age, he said that I should not take these
drugs, otherwise I would die. I asked why and he explained to me that these medicines were
prescribed for elderly people.I was astonished.After that, I did not buy medicine and went
home.The next day I went to the hospital to talk to the doctor,but he was not there .And I asked
the nurse where the doctor was, she told me that he was arrested yesterday ,because they found
out that his medical diploma was fake.That is ,he impersonated doctor. It's good that I listened to
the pharmacist and did not buy medicine. This case a ected me emotionally,and now every time i
go to the doctor i wonder if the doctor is deseption to me.So, before you go to some kind of
doctor, you should at least look on the Internet who he is, where he studied, reviews about him,or
ask friends if they have been to this doctor.But I really hope that all the scammers in the medical
eld will be put in jail and we won't have to think about such things.
