Dear Ma’am:

This is to request police assistance at Hanami Philippines, located at Silang, Cavite

where a workers' strike might be staged anytime by their union, the Alliance of Hanami
Employees - PTGWO Local Chapter No. 957.
As a member of the Provincial Inter-Agency Coordinating and Monitoring Committee
(PIACMC), and as provided in our Memorandum of Commitment, may we request the
presence of our police within 50 meters at the said area to maintain peace and order
and allow regular workers who will not join the strike to report to work. Allow us to
reiterate that we are not to suppress their expression of intentions but to see to it that
workers and management are protected from any untoward incident that may arise.
Our Cavite Satelite Office will coordinate with you on this matter.
