Abstract
As we know, now the recharge area and agricultural area are decreasing. Decreasing recharge area
my cause flood. Furthermore, it is causing water stress because water can not soak to the ground.
Water stress may result from the overexploitation of groundwater resources as well as the
reduction in precipitations and decreases in stored water supplies. The groundwater withdrawals
used for agriculture. In addition, the reduction in agricultural area is due to development housing
area. So I think, we must try underground greenhouse with rain harvesting. Underground
greenhouse or Grougreen basically greenhouse that built in to the ground. It is more convinient
and cheap because we do not need large area. The harvesting with hydroponic. And for the
irrigation, we can use rain. It is more environmentally friendly. We can solve problem abut
dcreasing recharge area and agricultural area. And it is more convinient because we can maximise
water pontential.
