The Department of Education has implemented different Learning Delivery Modalities like
Modular Distance Learning which San Luis National High School adapted for this school year
2021-2022 to continuously cater the needs of students in education amidst pandemic caused by
COVID-19. Pursuant to this, our school planned to conduct distribution and retrieval of modules
in your barangay hall to minimize physical contacts in school and to make the activity easier.

With this regard, we humbly ask for your consideration in our request to use your barangay hall
in the fulfilment of aforesaid concern. This is to keep the safety of parents and guardians of our
students in your barangay as we adhere health protocols to protect lives of the people who render
and avail service of the institution.

The Department of Education, in its commitment to ensure that education must continue amidst
the challenges brought by Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), has implemented different
Learning Delivery Modalities like Modular Distance Learning which San Luis National High
School adapted for this school year 2021-2022. Anent to this, our school will conduct
distribution and retrieval of modules in barangay halls of Barangay San Angel, Barangay San
Vicente, and Barangay Salvacion to minimize physical contacts inside the campus.
