1. Access the BIR-RELIEF Database Backup and Recovery.

2. Click the button and a <Backup> pop-up screen will appear.

3. Click on the <backup> folder then click the button to backup the said
files.

4. Click the button to acknowledge the message.

5. To restore Backup files, click the button then a pop-up message will
appear.

6. Acknowledge the message by clicking the button. A <Backup> pop-up

screen will appear where the user can select which folder from the list to be
restored.

7. Click the button, a pop-up confirmation screen will appear, click the
button to acknowledge the message.
