This is an agreement made between the Seller, ____________, of legal age, married and

married, and a resident of ___________________.

ONLY, Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from the BUYER. And
the said BUYER will continue to pay the monthly amortization at CEBU CITY (IN HOUSE
FINANCING).

Both parties have also agreed that in the absence of payment for two (2) consecutive
months unto the said Bank _______________________the SELLER will return the said motor
vehicle described above to the BUYER.

The car is sold “AS IS”. Seller makes no warranties about the condition of the car.
