A team of visits (MEP technical) shall be visit and check all listed equipment every 3 months. Every visit shall be recorded

and reported to the clients. The work time of SYYC is 7 day per week and from 8 AM to 5 PM.

១). អតិថិជន្យ ត្តូវអន្យុញ្ញាតឲ្យត្កុ ជាងរប្ស់ត្កុ ហុន្យអាច្ល្វើការត្តួតពិន្យិតយលៅតា កាេវភាគមែេបាន្យកាំ

ិ ណ្ត់

1.) The client is to allow access to the contractor at all reasonable times for the work to be carried out.

២). កិច្ចសន្យាលន្យោះ ន្យ

2.) This agreement does not cover faulty equipment and the client will be contacted for agreement to pay for

replacement parts that are necessary

SYYC’s responsibility:

1.) SYYC is committed to carryout the work diligently and to leave the premises and equipment in a clean and safe state.

2.) SYYC shall carryout the work on the agreed date unless emergency conditions prevent such occurrence.

3.) The contractor shall carryout any suitable additional work at agreed rates that are required by the client.

4.) SYYC promises to purchase the best quality parts at economic price.
