Dne (1) draw wIll be held durIng the contest perIod for both of the contest regIons, one (1) wInner wIll be
selected at random from all elIgIble entrIes receIved from partIcIpants between July 15, 2011 and January
J1, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. (EST), accordIng to the contest rules. Ddds of wInnIng depend on the total number
of entrIes receIved.

Dne prIze shall be awarded to a contestant In DntarIo or Alberta. The prIze an Apple pad Is subject to
avaIlabIlIty may not be as shown In advertIsIng materIals.

The prIze may not be as shown It Is dependant on product avaIlabIlIty. The wInner wIll have fourteen (14)
days after hIs/her status of wInner Is confIrmed to decIde whether he/she wIll take the prIze descrIbed In

potentIal wInner selected at random, usIng the entry InformatIon. f the potentIal wInner cannot be

wIll draw another name on a random basIs and wIll attempt to contact the next selected potentIal wInner
In the same manner and so on untIl a potentIal wInner Is contacted.
8efore beIng declared a wInner, the person selected at random must answer correctly, wIthout assIstance
and wIthIn a lImIted tIme perIod, a mathematIcal skIlltestIng questIon. The questIon wIll be submItted by
phone to the randomly selected person, at a prevIously determIned tIme. n the event of a correct
