Dear Mr. Tom,

Thank you for your email of June the first asking about the English course. My name is
David. I am the manager of ABC English centre. I am writing this email to give you some
information about the English course.

The course begins on July the first and finishes on September the first. It lasts three
months. All the teachers here are native speakers who come from English speaking
countries like England, America and Australia so their English is the best. Their methods of
teaching are interesting and effective. They know how to encourage/inspire/motivate
students to learn English well. They are friendly, helpful and humorous. There are about
20 students in each class. They are from different universities in Hanoi. They are all hard-
working and intelligent. The fee of the course is 200 dollars including the materials. If you
register before June 20th, you will get a discount of 10%.
