SENIOR REGISTRARS
1. Dr. Abdul Jalal & Dr. Muhammad Fayyaz are working in the departments of Neurosurgery &
Paediatric Surgery of this institution respectively, with effect from 11/10/2019, till date.

2. The Posts of Senior Registrar in Neurosurgery and Paediatric Surgery were advertised on
20/06/2019. (Copy attached).

3. A total of 15 posts of SR- specialty wise by Finance department but not specifically by the
titles of S. Registrar Neurosurgery and Paediatric Surgery (Copy of Finance SNE attached).

4. Since the posts of S. Registrar Neurosurgery and S. Registrar Paediatric Surgery were not
mentioned by titles in the Finance sanctioned SNE so both the doctors were adjusted vide
letter no. 195-200/NMC/SUPTT/ESTT dated 07/01/2020, against the then BoG’s created SNE
posts vide notification no. 504-514/BoG/QHAMC Dated 17/12/2019 and (Copies attached).

5. Later on, the then BoG’s created SNE was abolished by the previous Board of Governor MTI
Nowshera on in its 6th meeting held on 20/11/2021, vide agenda item no. 2.1

Suggestions/ Recommendation needed in this regard.

DR. SHAFI ULLAH COURT CASE
1. Dr. Shafi Ullah S/O Majeed Ullah worked as Professor with effect from 15-10-2019 to 07-02-
2020 at NMC, Nowshera.

2. The Post of Professor Histopathology was advertised on 20/06/2019. (Copy attached).

3. Only one candidate, Dr. Shafi Ullah S/O Majeed Ullah applied for the said post and was
found eligible and called for interview on 20-09-2019.

4. Dr. Shafi Ullah S/O Majeed Ullah was selected for the post of Professor Histopathology.
(Minutes of Selection & Promotion committee attached).

 5. The doctor concerned was appointed as Professor Histopathology vide appointment order
no. 9206/NMC/Estt, dated 10/10/2020 on contract basis for the period of three (03) years at
a salary of Rs. 2,00,000/- per month (Copy attached).

6. The contract period of the doctor concerned was terminated vide office Order no. 6753-
59/NMC/SUPTT/ESTT dated 07/12/2020 on the approval of BoG in its 56 th meeting held on
18/11/2020 (Copy attached).

7. The doctor concerned went to court against the board decision. He sought relief from the
court and the court forward his case to BoG MTI Nowshera for opinion. (Order sheet copy
attached)

SECURITY GUARD ENHANCEMENT
A bungalow actually meant as Dean's residence located in the college premises has
temporarily been converted as Girls hostel for the purpose of accommodating newly
admitted 1st year Girls students of NMC. This is because the NMC Hostels including Girls
Hostel are under construction. Six (06) security guards would be needed on urgent basis for
providing security. The BoG is requested to accord approval for hiring 06 additional security
guards or otherwise.

Mr. Maqsood Ahmad Jadoon have requested for litigation allowance @ Rs. 10000/- per month. The
Board is requested to accord approval or otherwise.
