MOTION TO RELEASE SHERIFF’S DEPOSIT

COMES NOW plaintiff’s representative, dasdadawdawda before

this Court alleging among others that:

1. A Decision based on Compromise Agreement was

rendered by this Court on October 27, 2020.

2. The terms and conditions in the said Decision Based on

Compromise Agreement were faithfully complied with by
the herein Defendant.

3. Plaintiff filed a Sheriff’s Deposit for the above-captioned

case before this court in the amount of One thousand
pesos (P1,000).

4. The case is already considered terminated and plaintiff

wishes to withdraw the said Sheriff’s Deposit.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that

the Sheriff’s Deposit in the amount of one thousand pesos
(P1,000) be released to the plaintiff.
