DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into in La Carlota

City this ______ of ________ by and between:

_____________, of legal age, Filipino, with residence address at La

Carlota City, Negros Occidental, hereinafter referred to as SELLER;

_____________ of legal age, Filipino, with residence address at

Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, hereinafter referred to
as BUYER;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the aforesaid

motorcycle with sidecar, more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the aforesaid motorcycle with

sidecar and the BUYER is able, willing and ready to purchase the same under
the terms and conditions herein below set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum total of

FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P48,000), Philippine currency, receipt
thereof is hereby acknowledged by the said SELLER, the SELLER hereby
SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the BUYER, in a manner absolute
and irrevocable the above-described ___________ on an “AS IS WHERE IS”
Basis.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed

their signatures on the date and at the place first above written.

parties and their witnesses and sealed with my notarial seal.
