1. Eligibility cum Technical bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to
attend the opening of eligibility cum technical bid. No separate communication shall be sent in this regard.
Subsequently, the Bank will evaluate the eligibility cum Technical Bids and the bidders shall be suitably
intimated about outcome, after evaluation.

2. Commercial bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives, desirous to attend and who are
found qualified upon evaluation of the eligibility and technical bid by Bank.
