Respected Sir,

I would like to inform you that an MOU was signed between Pak Helpline and Jam Hazoor Buksh
to start and establish a Primary school in Chani Goth. On 14-01-2021 the furniture was purchased and
dropped at the School in Chani Goth. Since then the Al Kitab School Chani Goth was pending.

Finally, school started on September 1, 2021. We hired 3 female teachers and 1 male teacher for
teaching and administration of the school. Initially classes 1, 2, 3 and nursery 4 started but after the
annual examination in March 2022 we started class 4.

In 2021 the total strength of the school was 54 in four classes. Now with the new classes the
number of students has also increased. 90 students are studying in Al Kitab School Chani Goth. There are
48 students in KG and Nursery classes. The number of students in nursery and KG classes is more than in
other classes.

I have been working as a coordinator of Chani Goth School since its inception. I am looking into
all the matters of the school with the help and advice of Abdul Naeem Khan. All school expenses like staff
salary, stationery, and other expenses are also under my supervision.

We are facing some problems in the school.

1. Firstly lack of qualified and experienced teachers and their non-serious attitude.
2. Interference in local politics.
3. Spreading false rumors about the quality of education and teachers and prevent parents from
enrolling their children in Al Kitab School, Chani Goth.
