A. GENERAL
1.01 Laws in General
Jural and generic sense refers to the whole body or system of law.
Jural and concrete sense means a rule of conduct formulated and made obligatory by
legitimate power of the state.
Law includes;
 Statutes enacted by the legislature
 Presidential Decrees & Executive Orders by President (in exercise of legist. powers)
 Presidential Issuances (in exercise of ordinance power)
 Supreme Court Ruling in construing the law
 Rules and Regs. promulgated by administrative or executive officers pursuant to a
delegated power
 Ordinances by Sanggunians of LGU
