Answer:
Q1
For the FBI to be successful, it needs different abilities. Some of the crucial and essential

abilities are cognitive and include; perpetual, reasoning, and verbal. Perpetual is an essential ability

has it helps an individual gather and put information together and develop the necessary patterns to

find the person who committed the crime. An agent working with the FBI should also have the

ability to reason, which will enable them to identify the problem and come with the required and

effective solution. You need the reasoning ability to know the problem and the solution. The ability

to communicate verbally is vital since you need to share with people to understand what they are

doing. It is also essential since you can convince criminals to confess what they have done. All these

cognitive abilities are necessary for making logical decisions considering the available facts (Colquitt

et al., 2019). Emotional abilities which an FBI agent should possess are the ability to express

themselves and self-control. Emotional abilities are essential because they help them to control their

moods when they are sad. They also make them professional.

Q2.

The FBI agents have the right physical abilities to do their job effectively. They need to be in

good shape to do their jobs and perform their duties effectively. The tests they do are physical text

and skills. The required skills include; sensory, strength, psychomotor, fortune, and stamina. They

need the energy to run after a criminal in case they try to escape. The power is required to control a

suspect, break down a criminal if they try to fight, and takedown criminals when arresting them.

Fitness is also essential to make them feel good and enable them to stay fit. It also helps them to fit in

any environment, no matter the situation. Flexibility also aids in minimizing their injuries while

doing their daily duties. Sensory abilities help them in recognizing criminals when illegal activities.

It also helps them in performing duties like shooting hostile criminals. Good eyesight aids them in

spotting pieces of evidence that are required in preparing a report (Colquitt et al., 2019).

Psychomotor are important because they help to keep their hands ready when shooting. It helps them
to aim and shoot properly. It also helps them in keeping their leg ready when they have to chase a

criminal.

Q3.

Every FBI agent should be physically fit to perform their job effectively. They serve different

kinds of activities every day, so they need to be physically fit to do it to their best ability. They

should maintain their health, shape, and strength to perform different kinds of tasks. An FBI agent

who is not physically would have problems when completing their activities. Therefore, the agents

need to be tested to determine their fitness. It aids them in knowing whether they can fight, run, lift,

and have the required flexibility to do their job effectively. All the above reasons make physical

abilities a vital aspect to have as an agent. They are also tested about their psychological fitness

because of the different situations and environments they come across (Colquitt et al., 2019).

Moreover, despite physical abilities being important, emotional and cognitive skills are also

necessary and help them perform their job effectively. Therefore, the agents are physically healthy

and mentally healthy as well.

Q4.

The job I admire after my college education is entrepreneurship. I believe I have the required

skill and abilities to perform the job effectively. I have the necessary cognitive, emotional, and

physical skills for this occupation. Being an entrepreneur does not require most physical needs but

the good health to move to different places to identify opportunities and gaps. The emotional abilities

are tolerance, persistence, and emotional intelligence. The capabilities will help in solving problems

and coming with solutions and decisions. They will also help me create a strong relationship with

people and win the attention of different people. Being persistent will allow me to defuse conflict

and overcome challenges (Karia, 2020). All these abilities have built them over the years because I

am always passionate about the occupation. Traveling and managing heavy loads of homework are

accredited to these. To conclude, cognitive abilities in entrepreneurship would mandate mental

obstinacy and maintenance of information to pass to others. I have also advanced in creative thinking
as I have solved different problems with my friends. However, the essential ability I require is

making the best decisions and initiative as an entrepreneur (Levine & Rubinstein, 2017). Therefore,

expanding my reasoning and thinking outside the box are the key things to identify and come up with

the required resources to start a business and satisfy the needs and utilities of society.
