Process – 850kgs IBC Tank

1. Fill IBC tank with 733Kg Purified Water.

2. Add 5kgs Soda Ash, and mix for 15mins using

mounted stirrer.

3. Add 20kgs LABSA, and mix for 30mins.

4. Add 60kgs SLES, and mix for 30mins

5. Add 4.25kgs CDEA, and mix for 15mins

6. Add 0.85kgs EDTA, 0.85kgs Preservative, 0.85kgs

Scent, 0.85kgs Colourant, and mix for 15mins.

7. Add 25kgs of PVD Salt(NaCl), and allow to mix for

30mins.

8. Measure pH using pH meter, and adjust between

pH 7.5 – 9.5 by adding 1:3 Soda Ash – Water solution,
and mix for 15mins.
