10. Copy of National ID Card of all the Directors
11. Copy of Trade License, TIN Certificate
12. Copy of RJSC Certified Form X and XII
13. Passport size photograph of the Directors ( 2 copies)

i) Primary Security: Hypothecation of Stock

ii) Securities / Guarantee for the Credit Facility
iii) Pari Passu Security Sharing Agreement ( PPSSA)
