CERTIFICATION

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that this office considered the Investigation Report

conducted in relation to the Robbery Incident transpired at the Office of the City
Treasurer, Gingoog City as final and that the said case in so far as this office is concerned
was temporarily closed due to the absence of witnesses that could positively pinpoint the
identity of the real suspect/s without prejudice of reopening the same if and when strong
evidence come out in the future that would warrant prosecution of the identified
suspect/s.

This Certification is being issued for whatsoever purpose it may serve.
