Barcode Label Print

Introduction

With this Add-on you can print labels which include Item Name, Rate, MRP, Item Description and Barcode as
per quantity entered in purchase, Receipt Note or Manufacturing Stock Journal.

You can configure columns as per requirement (you can print MRP, Rate and define width of label and Item
Description along with Item).

Note: Size of each sticker is 46.6 x 63.5 mms. One chart you can print 18 stickers, 6 rows and 3 columns.

You can give starting position for labels i.e. if you have already printed 5 labels on one chart and 13 labels are
still blank then you can use same chart and start printing from 6th sticker on chart.

For Barcode generation, the User will have to copy the “font file” (IDAutomationHC39M_FREE.otp) in “Font”
folder of Windows (C:\Windows\Font).

As a best practice it is advisable to take back up your company data


before installing the add-on
Setup Guide:

1. Activate the Add-on

For Tally.ERP 9 versions lower than Series A, Release 3.2

 Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Accounting Features


 Set “Yes” to the options “Enable Label Printing” for label printing
 Set “Yes” to the options “Enable Barcode Label Printing “for Barcode in label printing

For Tally.ERP 9 version Series A, Release 3.2 and later

 Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add-on Features


 Set “Yes” to the options “Enable Label Printing” for label printing
 Set “Yes” to the options “Enable Barcode Label Printing “for Barcode in label printing

2. Create Stock Item with MRP

Mention details like Item Name, Alias (for barcode), Group, Unit, and MRP.
2. Enter Purchase invoice by selecting the required Items.

3. Press alt + P to print Purchase Invoice. Press Esc, It will ask for Label Printing as shown
below.
PRESS Ctrl + S

4. Press Ctrl + W, Configure Barcode MRP, Rate, width of label, Height/Width and Space
Left/Right/Top/Bottom of Paper as per requirement as shown below.
5. Print Preview

6. Select Label Start position and define the position


Note:- For Barcode, User have to place the font file(IDAutomationHC39S.ttf) in font folder i.e. if
Windows are installed in C Drive then the path will be C:\Windows\Font & paste the file in this folder.
FAQ
Which version/releases of Tally.ERP 9 does the add-on support?

This add-on will work only with Tally.ERP 9 Series A, release 3.0 onwards.
