Capture screenshots of all server configuration data and protocols, copy Bin & Tables folders - send to NeuroLogica.

Update software to the latest respective versions (4.x systems get 4.08 software, 5.x systems check with CS).

Verify all system hardware is up to date for most recent retrofit version. Update as needed.

Disable 360 VDC supply to disk using CereTom UI panel in diagnostic screen.

Remove all system covers (except SDS fender if fitted).

Clean large side fan filters. (Old type are metal, new design is foam)

Remove and clean the external RECON air intake filter. (if equipped)

Remove and clean all three RECON fan filters as described in procedure 1-NL3000-061.

Inspect internal harnessing for loose connections, particularly connections going to the disk and base power supplies and communication boards.

Inspect Tick Fence and sensor area for dust and clean as described in procedure 1-NL3000-061.

Inspect system casters and transport assemblies for looseness or loosened hardware. Repair and clean as needed.

Verify limit switch functionality for SCAN" and "TRANSPORT" modes and adjust if required.

Check fender brackets for stress cracks and update to the new steel brackets if required.

Raise system and inspect the Centipede mounting and belts. Clean the belts using a dry rag.

Inspect system and floor for any signs of Hydraulic fluid leaks. Repair as necessary.

Clean slip rings as described in procedure 1-NL3000-061.

Manually rotate the gantry to check for bearing smoothness or anything that would be impeding its rotation.

Inspect Red Ring for cracks in the plastics or ungluing and replace if necessary.

Reinstall all covers and replace any missing hardware.

Turn 360 VDC supply back on

Check system translates without issues in both directions (at least 350mm).

Turn on alignment laser to make the disk spin and verify there is no scraping (audible verification).

Check for missing hardware or loose parts (fenders, bumpers, etc…)

Run a complete Air Calibration

Check for latest versions of the user manual and the software release notes. (check with the factory if V5 is required)

Perform the battery discharge test as described in procedure 1-NL3000-061. Record the final voltage:

Inspect all headboard, bed adapters and brackets for damaged, loose or missing hardware or straps. Replace as necessary.

Check for proper labeling on all accessories. Be sure it is located properly and is legible. Refer to appropriate drawings for details.

Check bed adapter handles and install 10-00208-001, bed adapter service kit if torque handle is unavailable.

Check out the workstation cart or SDS for any defects or operational issues. Hook up drive to scanner and test drive.

Ensure the keyboard and mouse are clean and in good working order.

Check the ethernet ports to make sure they are intact and operational.

Check the wireless performance on laptops and change over to the Intel driver if necessary.

Test the operation of the E-Stop button. Make sure it inhibits scanning etc…
