Let's just look at the world right now... How much things have changed over the
past few years... Pandemic, lockdowns, wars, the rising cost of living, inflation,
recession… Yet wages aren't keeping up. Job insecurity brings a ton of financial
anxiety.
It's becoming more evident day by day that the old way of doing things is broken,
the outdated traditional work system is broken... That's a REAL problem – for
millions and millions of people.
For an even better understanding, let me briefly contrast the two economies so
that you can see what we are dealing with.
First, we want to pay attention to what's happening worldwide. What's going on

in society? What's going on in the economy? This not only allows new trends to be
identified, but we also realize that every crisis also harbors new opportunities and
possibilities.

Economy
Now within the traditional economy, let's just look at some stats quickly. 85% of
workers are saying that they do not feel like they're satisfied with their work.
They're unsatisfied with their careers and work lives, which comes down to three
primary reasons:
1. They're not making enough money
The most common that we're seeing now is people are complaining that they're
just not making enough money. Inflation, the rising cost of living , financial
anxiety, recessions, job insecurities, etc.
2. They don't have enough freedom or flexibility
People are starting to realize that they don't want to be tied to one location or
fixed hours. They want to be able to do the to take days o , or do the school run,
and do more of the things that they love to do when they want to do them
3. They're not particularly fulfilled with what they do
People say they're simply not fulfilled by their work or not enjoying what they do.
As I said, the current outdated system is simply breaking down for most people.

So from there, we've got to look at the alternative because it's not all doom and
gloom…
There's this digital economy. As I said, every crisis creates new opportunities, and
what we want to do is set ourselves up in a way that we can spot these trends,
get in front of them, or align ourselves as they're happening, so that we can be
relevant, be of service, make good money, and create a self-reliant future for
ourselves and our loved ones.
The Top Performing Markets & Sectors

1. E-Learning
The market size of the e-learning space is set to exceed 375 billion by 2026. It's a
billion-dollar-a-day industry right now. A Billion (with a “B”) – per day! This is
HUGE! There are massive opportunities in the e-learning sector.
Think about it. Three decades ago, it didn't exist. Nowadays, people are doing
their online searches, shopping, and education. People are up-skilling, developing
themselves, ensuring they stay relevant, and doing business online. And so, of

We can look at stats at Amazon. Amazon grew by 20% in 2021 to 470 billion in

Then we have the coaching & consulting industry. I like to talk about this because
it's about spotting trends and patterns. This sector of the market is expected to
be more than 25 billion in 2023, and it continues to grow rather quickly particularly
in crazy times like these.
And again, why would that be? Well, when are you likely going to hire a coach?
When are you likely to invest in e-learning? When are you likely to want to re-skill
or better yourself? When things aren't working. And so, again, it's just recognizing
all of these types of trends.
Huge industries are growing and thriving. Sectors that didn't even exist that long
ago are now some of the biggest industries in the world. People are investing in
themselves at levels that haven't been seen before.

The Old vs. New Way

So that all said, let's just take a look at what this looks like. First of all, the old
way, and this is pretty much how everybody else does it. In the old way, we trade
our time for money. In other words, we sell out on our life to earn income.
The Old Way Of Doing Things

We have to work long fixed hours. The traditional sense would be 9 to 5. But more
o en than not, it is 8 to 6 – or even longer. Quite o en, we must commute to
work and waste hours and hours of our life sitting in tra ic jams each week.
Sometimes we have to work on Saturdays or Sundays too. And this can give us a
real sense of feeling trapped.
We don't always have a lot of flexibility or autonomy. We have to answer and

report to a boss who is more interested in his career development than yours. We
have to ask our boss for permission to have a day o . Not much freedom there
either.
We have limited holidays, maybe 20 or 25 days a year max, if weʼre lucky. How
much-advanced notice do you have to get? Do you feel like you can be
spontaneous? Can you just take a three-month sabbatical to travel places or visit
friends & family members abroad? Typically, no.
We're in a situation where we earn a salary. As the years go by, we take on more
responsibility, and work even harder. We climb up the ladder, and with that, more
responsibility o en comes more stress. But we do it because we want that pay
rise. The hamster wheel is just spinning faster and faster…

We're at the highest levels of financial anxiety. People don't feel like their careers
are stable. As I said, the three most common complaints people are saying are
they're not making enough money, they feel like they don't have enough freedom

Authority Marketing –

So one thing I can say for sure is that the cliché entrepreneurial things like not
having enough confidence, motivation, a unique enough idea, the wrong work
ethic, or anything else you might have seen is usually not the issue. Most people
have got the motivation.
They're prepared to put in the work, the time, etc. So my point is this: when I
looked at the crux of the problem, it almost always came down to struggling to
have a sustainable and automated marketing & selling system in place.
And here's another fact: you can have the best product, service, or idea in the
world; you can even partner, be an a iliate with the best brands in the world, but if
you don't know how to e ectively generate leads & sales on the internet
leveraging an automated selling system and using modern-day “Authority
Marketing”, none of that matters.
Cold calling is dead. Pitching friends & family and trying to convince people to buy
anything is becoming less and less e ective every year. And yes, this includes
supposed modern strategies like posting on social media all day hoping that
somebody is attracted to what you o er or do.

Well, as I said before, it's by using an automated online selling system, also known

Step 1
This is where you need to identify a market or a niche to enter where there's
already huge demand, high margins, and it's experiencing explosive growth.
There's no point trying to make money any other way, as you're just going to
make it much harder than it needs to be.
When you pick the right niche and enter it, there are plenty of products to
promote. There's plenty of money on the table. And all you need to do is claim a
tiny little piece of it, in this massive online world, to make it worth your time, and
yeah, this includes during pandemics, wars, the rising cost of living, inflations,
recessions, and anything else that's thrown at us during these crazy times.
Step 2
Step two is where you need to pinpoint a specific audience of people you identify
as a perfect fit for your product or your o er and who you can serve. We call this
your target audience or your dream customer avatar.
Still, it's grossly misunderstood, underestimated, and o en taught the wrong

way, which is also precisely what makes it so powerful when it is done right
because your marketing will stand out. You're not going to be more of the usual
flu out there.
Once we've identified our niche market that we're going to enter, the specific
audience of people we're going to be creating content and o ering a solution for
because the third step can't be done without that.

Step 3
In step three, you need to understand precisely what your audience needs and
wants, and we're talking about knowing the exact outcome they're looking for –
or another way of looking at it is how we can serve them in the most relevant
way.
Now, just as an example, if you were selling pain medication, someone with, let's
say, a migraine is much more likely to purchase something specifically for
migraines, e.g., migraine pain relief. That would stand out a lot more than general
painkillers. And this is exactly what we're able to do online in ways that were never
possible before.
Step 4
From there, we're going to create a relevant brand and message that will engage
and interact with that target audience. A brand strategy is your message that's
going to matter for the audience you're going to serve.
This is a lot simpler than it sounds, and when you do it right, you are literally going
to magnetically attract targeted people to your o ers.
Now, this can be our personal or business brand, but ultimately this is a brand that
will make our audience feel understood. Again, your brand strategy is putting a
relevant message and o er that will matter to the audience youʼre going to serve.
This is why the majority of people that get their start online never get any
traction, because they are a bunch of noise that blends in with all the generic,
meaningless stu out there that's trying to reach every one but in reality doesn't
reach any one.

Step 5
We're talking about using and leveraging an automated marketing & selling
system to do all the sorting and si ing for you on complete autopilot. You see, it's
about having a system that, again, never sleeps and turns leads into customers
and profits 24/7, whether you are working or not.
And without the need for you to be posting all over social media, creating content
every day, or worse, trying to chase people down or inauthentically network. You
can keep it much more straightforward and be a lot more e ective because selling
online is about supply and demand. It's not about gimmicks and tricks.
Step 6
Then finally, we've got step six. This is where you place your o er through this

If you're brand new to online business, again, I like to start most people o with
a iliate marketing, as it really is the simplest model for you to get started with,
even if you're an expert in your field.
As an a iliate marketer, you can then build those sales and those revenues by
leveraging other businesses or brands, products and services, and just doing the
marketing upfront and getting paid big, fat, healthy commissions.
Because rather than spending a bunch of your time & energy starting up a
business, creating a product, setting up complicated technology, and then having
to fulfill your product or service, you can just focus on marketing and making
commissions, which are paid directly to you into your bank account.
This is a great shortcut for people looking to generate income immediately and,

And so, the question is, where do you start? Well, like I said before, my advice is

Even if you have dreamed one day of creating your own o er or your own digital
product, course, membership site, etc. Generally speaking, you don't want to start
there. And the reason being is you want to learn the basic skills and keep it as
simple as possible.
You can partner as an a iliate with already great brands with excellent
infrastructure, great products, extraordinary selling processes, and so on. And all
you need to do is to learn how to market this product and services to earn
substantial commissions. And pretty much any type of niche we're going to get
into in a moment that you can think of.

And so, as an a iliate, we've got to go back in time to understand and appreciate
why so many people still haven't caught up to this concept. I want to share a cover
article with you from the TIME magazine – and keep in mind, this is 20 some years
ago:
“amazon.bomb. The idea that Amazon CEO, Je Bezos, has pioneered a new
business paradigm is silly. He's just another middleman and the stock market is
beginning to catch onto that fact. The real winners on the Internet will be the
firms that sell their own products directly to consumers. Just look at what's
happening at Sony, Dell and Bertelsmann.”
Well, we know that this article now makes this journalist look a bit stupid. "He's
just a middleman." Middleman business models is simply where it's at. Let me
prove it to you.

A Middle-Man Business Model
Let's talk about the company Uber for a moment. If you think about the
transportation industry, in this instance, taxis. It used to be that taxi drivers would
maybe get their own car, have to own or lease a car, or work for a company and
drive their cars. And the biggest taxi companies in the world have a fleet of
vehicles and drivers. Uber is now the biggest taxi-type transport company, but
they do not own cars. Itʼs a “middleman” business model.
Let's talk about Airbnb for a moment. Hotels are the biggest hotel chains,
whether you're thinking of Marriott, Hilton, or whatever else. Now, the fastest-
growing by far is Airbnb, but they don't own real estate. Airbnb is also a
“middleman business model. These are business models that didn't exist like this
before.
So, how can YOU be in the middleman industry without inventing an Uber, an
Airbnb, or getting venture capital? Well, the answer is a iliate marketing, or
possibly eCommerce, partnering with the likes of Amazon, where you are simply
playing that middleman role.
Today, you can turn any interest, passion, or expertise into a six or seven-figure
business. So, whatever brought you here, whatever your idea is, you should be
thinking, "How can I create more leverage in my life, multiple income streams?"
Let's just say, for example, you spend the next couple of months learning this.
What is that going to do for you in your life?
How o en do you read Amazon wiping out all the small businesses? Okay, they're
also creating more opportunities for small businesses than any other brand or
business ever has in history; selling on them, being an a iliate for them. So, it's
about thinking like the Modern Wealthy.

So what exactly is A iliate Marketing and how does it actually work? We'll rush
through this if this is a new concept for you. But my guess is it probably isn't.
1. You promote a brand's product or service → 2. The customer clicks on your

promotional a iliate link → 3. The customer then goes to the brand's website or
o er page → 4. They purchase a product from that brand →, and 5. You get a
commission for that sale.
It really is as simple as those five steps. And if you can learn to do that, have your
“Authority Marketing” system in place, and you set up marketing campaigns,
create content, perhaps do paid ads, this can happen for you.

business model? Everybody that has any type of desire to succeed on the Internet
should have some sort of a iliate income.
It's got low startup costs, virtually free. All you have to have money for is basic

you to fulfill on your part.
Imagine that for a moment, making multiple 5-figures a month without inventing
anything, no need to have your own products or services, no need to stock or ship
the products, no messing around, no big investments.

Your Authority Website

A typical company website – even a nicely designed one – wonʼt cut it anymore.
What you want for your business is an “Authority Website”. Your first question is
probably “What is it and why do I need it?” That's what most people ask.
If you've been paying attention so far, you already know the answer to that
question.
You want an authority website so your clients can get to know you, your
personality, what you stand for, and your unique brand message — your USP.
When your future customers see what youʼre all about and realize that you are a
real person aiming to o er them a solution to their problems and needs, and when
they like what you provide them with, and they start to trust you, youʼve
successfully established a relationship. A sale is the next logical step!
The simple fact is that no one out there has your experiences, your talents, or your
stories. That sets your authority website apart from everyone else, and while it's
okay to use pre-designed templates to build out your site and funnel, your overall
approach to your prospects should always be personalized.
This is what I mean when I talk about “branding” or “brand message”. Itʼs not just
a logo. Itʼs your unique communication style & relationship-building approach.
At the very least, your personal approach will spark curiosity, and that will result in
further engagement, followed by dialogue, and finally, a sale.
We'll get into the details of what specific content you should have on your pages
later on, but for now, start thinking about what you can say that will make your
prospects trust you more and more likely to buy from you.

Forget about hard-selling –

consider their needs
Your prospects need to be reassured. They need information. They need someone
they can trust to give them that information. Make your online presence where
they can easily find what they want and need, and you'll have prospects falling
over each other in a rush to sign up.
Your website presence is the first step in your marketing. It establishes your
credibility and whets your prospect's appetite. That means that they're already
hungry for what you're selling by the time they optin for your lead magnet or book
a call or email you.
The next golden rule for your website presence to ensure that you start building
trust from the very first click is to avoid free website services. Why? Well, there
are plenty of reasons.
Get Your Own Domain Name

First, if you can't a ord a real site on a domain that you actually own, you can't be
all that successful, right? Next, there are the annoying ads, to say the least. Then
there's the fact that you don't have a custom domain, which makes marketing
harder.
It only takes about twelve bucks to register your very own domain name and a
few more a month for hosting, so this is one area where you need to invest just a
little bit of money to gain a lot!

We've already covered why you don't want to use free website services, but let's
look at it purely from a domain perspective. If you opt for a free site, your domain
will look something like: www.yourwebsite.some-freeservice.com. That doesn't
look very professional, does it?
Everyone who lands on your site will know that you didn't commit to registering
your own domain, and that will immediately scream 'amateur' or 'fake.' Sorry, but
with this approach, you've already lost the game.
Marketing is all about presentation; you must use the best domain name to
inspire confidence and trust! As I said before, a custom, top-level .com-domain
costs around $12 a year, and it will look like this: yourwebsite.com.

my authority website is triple-freedom.com. Doesn't that already look a lot more
professional?
Now that we've covered why you need to create an authority website and your
brand, let's get down to the nuts and bolts of building one.

Creating Your Authority Website

A few golden rules apply to every website, no matter what you sell. No matter
how excellent your copy is, if your visitors can't find it, or canʼt get to what theyʼre
looking for, itʼs useless.
Here is a list of the most critical factors you need to remember:
Your domain name should be reasonably short, containing a keyword, or your

personal name.
You want to go for a .com domain. The next best option would be .net. Some
tech companies also use .io.
Your authority website and especially your landing page need to load super-
fast. Weʼre talking about one or two seconds max. If it's more than 3
seconds, you lose about 50% of your tra ic.
Your website must be mobile optimized. Most of your visitors and tra ic
want to access your site from their phones and mobile devices.
Remember, you have less than ten seconds to make a good first impression of
your site, so keep it clean, short, and to the point as possible.
You may now think, that's all very easy to say if you're a skilled web designer, but
what if you don't? The good news is that there are now simple packages that
o er ready-made sites, or site builders, that require little more than cutting and
pasting and dragging and dropping.
Anyone with basic computer skills can use them to create their own authority
websites. But if you donʼt want to, you can easily outsource this task to services
like www.upwork.com.

Your Marketing & Sales

Funnel
Just because your personal brand story is ready and your authority website is
published doesn't mean your work is finished. Your next task will be to create a
Marketing & Sales Funnel, which is a fancy term for a rather straightforward 2-
step process – a landing page followed by a thank-you page.
On your landing page you o er something of value to your prospect customer and
youʼll get the name and email address in return. This is to help you build a
database of emails from the leads and prospective customers that you acquired.
This is called your “list” and itʼs managed through a technology called
“autoresponder”. More on that in the next chapter.
Landing or lead capture pages work as a doorway to your o ers. Again, you o er
them something of value for free (lead magnet) in return for their contact info
(name and email).
When you think about it, a name and email address aren't much to ask, and if your
prospect isn't prepared to give you that, they probably weren't going to buy
anything.
Once your prospect has entered their information and been directed to a 'thank-
you' page, they've already given you what you need – their contact information
for your email list which again, allows you to follow up with them.
Let's look at landing pages in more detail.

Landing Page –
Sorting & Sifting
This approach will help you sort the serious prospects from the gawkers. If you
were to try and market your product, website, or business to everyone who sees
your marketing, you'd spend your life trying to sell to cynics and non-buyers. You
might miss out on prospects who were ready to buy because you were chasing
those that weren't.
A landing page has the ability to at least eliminate the cynics.
How it works is simple:
Prospects arrive at your landing page a er responding to your ad, reading

your social posts, seeing a link on a blog, etc.
They land on your landing page and learn about your free o er (lead
magnet).
Those interested enough to continue to comply by giving you their email

address and those that aren't le . That's the cynics out of the equation!
Those who comply typically reach your 'thank you' page, giving you the
opportunity to provide even more value (bonus) and to continue your brand
message relationship-building process – and are hopefully even be more intrigued.
If they're intrigued enough and serious about the opportunity you're o ering, they
will take the action you ask them to take.
At that point, they're quite possibly ready to check out the lead magnet, bonus,
book a call, or take you up on your o er.

You've worked hard finding those leads, and you've probably spent money sending
tra ic and visitors over to your landing page – so think of your landing page as an
important step to ensure that those who remain will want to at least hear you
out.
A er all, who knows what might happen while they're on your 'thank you' page
and abruptly decide to leave, and while they may still be interested, they may
forget all about you? If you have their name and email address, you can contact
them using an autoresponder to follow up and broadcast with them via email.
Word Of Mouth -
The Power Of Testimonials
You've probably heard, over and over again, that word of mouth is the best form
of advertising. While that's not entirely true, it is a powerful motivator for your
prospects.
When it comes to your authority website and funnel pages, testimonials are your
version of word-of-mouth advertising. They're your prospects' best assurance
that your company, product, or service is a good deal and worth spending their
hard-earned money on.
Testimonials can be in the form of text, audio, or video. Videos are the best choice
because they introduce your prospects “face-to-face” to real people.
When it comes to testimonials, you have a few options:
If you are an a iliate or work in a network marketing company, you can use the
testimonials they provide about their company, product, or service.

If you have your own company, or even if you'd just prefer a more powerful, unique
message, then you could ask your most successful or happy clients to record a
message for you.
The advantage of the second option is that the people who give you their
testimonials are likely to mention you by name and/or brand, which again helps
establish your credibility and trustworthiness.
When your prospects watch your testimonials and listen to what the people in
them are saying, they automatically trust you and your products more because a
real person, just like them, has got the result that they so deeply desire.
That's why “word-of-mouth” is so powerful – it helps people to believe that if

someone else can do it, they can too.

Visitors & Tra c

By now, you're probably excited and ready to create or polish your authority
website and your funnel pages. Perhaps youʼre already thinking about creating a
nice lead magnet, an o er (or an a iliate o er) and a few email followups that
goes with it.
However, even the prettiest websites, the greatest landing pages with the best
copy writing in the world can't do much if no one knows your site exists! The
bottom line is that even the world's best brands, websites, and funnels can't make
sales without tra ic, without visitors!
There are endless methods of generating tra ic to your site. You could post stu
on social media platforms… You could create tons of free content in the form of
blog posts or videos of youtube – also known as content marketing & search
engine optimization (SEO)…
And while these strategies may work for some people, I wouldnʼt start there if I
were you. Why? Well, firstly, it takes a lot of work to create this kind of content.
And with SEO it can easily take 12 months or more before Google gives your
content a first or second page search result, meaning nobody sees your stu and
therefore you will not get enough tra ic and traction.
Marketing online can be pretty tricky, so it's worth trying any strategy you are
drawn to by getting used to how it works and figuring out if it is something you
can see yourself investing in.
In the interest of simplicity, I'm only going to share the primary method that has
worked the best for me.

Paid Advertising –
Pay Per Click (PPC)
Everyone who's ever used the internet has seen pay-per-click ads (PPC). When you
do a search on Google, those PPC ads are shown at the very top of the page
usually marked as an “ad”. They are also ads (in this case paid ads) you see
running on the likes of Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Many people say that using paid advertising is not a good idea, but personally, I
find that a high volume of my best-targeted tra ic comes from PPC advertising.
What a PPC ad does, in a nutshell, is a guarantee that your advertisement, with

whatever targeting you choose (age, gender, location, keyword, topic, a inity,
etc.), will appear in front of your target audience.
As I already mentioned, with SEO or other forms of content marketing it typically

takes many many months to achieve that! With PPC ads, you can have a first-
page result within 30 minutes a er you set up the ad, and it only costs you if
someone clicks on your ad.
Even if there is a learning curve to getting started, once your campaigns work
well, they'll work for you 24/7 and always bring you targeted tra ic.
Top PPC Networks

If you're looking for a place to start with your PPC campaigns, here are the top
sites:
www.google.com / www.bing.com / www.facebook.com

Google is the 'big boy' in terms of PPC. Google's ads can go live in 15-30 minutes,
and it's by far the world's most popular search engine, so maximum exposure is
guaranteed. You can also use Google ads to run video ads on Youtube.
With Facebook ads, things are slightly di erent, as they are called contextual
advertising. So instead of bidding on keywords (search terms), you are relying on
demographics and psychographics instead. This requires a very di erent approach
and will need you to invest the time to learn how to do it properly.
Like all other paid marketing strategies, this does have a learning curve. And I
highly recommend you do not cut corners. Invest your time by going through an
excellent training program before you start running ads.

List- & Relationship-

Building
Every business, online and traditional, needs customers, right? In the traditional
economy, companies employ sales reps to call on potential customers over and
over again, until eventually, a er many conversations, phone calls, business
lunches, networking events, golf games, etc. they gain a client.
On the Internet, all you have is your website; if you lose a prospect a er just one
visit, you've wasted time and money marketing to them. The answer lies in
building a list of email subscriber (leads) so you can follow up with them. Your list
is the group of people who have volunteered their name and email address,
usually in exchange for something you o er them (lead magnet).
Any sales professional will tell you that a customer usually needs around seven,
eight contact points before they're ready to buy. Without a leads-list, you have no
way of making the contact necessary with your prospect!
List-Building - Your Ticket To Success

So by now, you know that having a list of subscribers/leads is critical to your
success as an online marketer. Don't be too daunted, though – you don't need
tens of thousands of people on your list.
Just a couple thousand qualified subscribers/leads who like and trust you and are
eager to read your emails is enough to make some serious cash!

The people on that list need to meet three critical criteria:
They have opted in to your list by asking to subscribe on your landing page.
They are in the market for the o ers you have.
They know they will continue to hear from you until they opt-out of your list.
If all of the people on your list meet those criteria, and if you regularly send out
emails and o ers that contain quality information, tips, free training, and relevant
deals, you will almost certainly see success from your list. The people on your list
want to be on it, so it's okay to be a little more direct when selling a product or
service through your emails.
Once you have a list, even if you're not particularly great at email marketing, you
will still make money online. In fact, I would say that the only people who are
struggling to make money online are people who don't have a list.

Permission Marketing
In order to build a list that will keep you making money with minimal e ort or
expense over time, you need to understand how the concept of permission
marketing works. Here it is in a nutshell:
You create a 2-step funnel (landing page and thank-you page).
You drive tra ic to that landing page using online tra ic strategies (paid ads
for ecample).
You give your visitors something of value for free (lead magnet). This can be
an ebook, a report, guide, video series, etc.)
In return, your visitors sign up and get automatically added to your leads-
list.
You follow-up with your leads, you use it for trust-building, and provide them
with additional free training, resources, tips, and relevant o ers.
Over time, you make the people on your list o ers or recommendations for
products you're promoting.
Why Permission Marketing Works

The Internet is a pretty vast place, with millions of websites, and people can land
on your site or landing page for any number of reasons.
When your visitors sign up to your list, however, they confirm that they are
interested in whatever you're involved in and agree to allow you to contact them
in the future.

This changes your mindset from your agenda (getting their money) to theirs:
giving them what they want. Because you are giving people who are already
interested in what you're selling or talking about something they want – lead
magnet, free training, resources, information, etc – they're far more likely to take
you up on your o er when the time is right.
As we've already established, list-building works because it allows you to market

products and services to people who are already interested and have given you
permission to tell them more.
Sales & Income Mastery

Here's the process again, just in case you're still a little unsure:
1. Get tra ic to your site (landing page)
2. O er visitors something relevant for free (lead magnet).
3. Get their information in return (name & email). They will be automatically
added to your leads-list within your autoresponder.
4. Use emails to give your leads what you promised them (report, ebook,
video-series, etc), to build relationships and trust with email follow-ups &
broadcasts.
5. O er your prospects what they want and need (info, free training, tips,
o ers).
6. Over-deliver in value and let your subscribers/leads close themselves on your

o erings (your own stu or a iliate o ers)

Autoresponder –
Send Email, Make Money
Attracting people to your website is not the only thing involved in “Authority
Marketing”; sure, it's a big part of it, and without tra ic, you won't have a
business, but there is another vital step. That step is the follow-up using
something called autoresponder.
What Is It & How Does It Work?

An autoresponder is a so ware tool that allows you to store your list of emails
and create pre-written emails (follow-ups & broadcasts) sent to your
subscribers/leads in sequence. That means when prospect 'A' signs up, the
autoresponder sends “A” your pre-written welcome email together with the lead-
magnet that “A” has opted-in for. You can have as many pre-written email follow-
ups and broadcasts in whatever time interval as you choose.
When prospect B signs up, even if it's months later, they receive exactly the same
emails, in precisely the same order, within the same time intervals. This makes it
possible to automate this “value-providing” & “money-making” process.

Branding Your Emails

How many emails do you send or receive on a daily basis? Probably dozens and
dozens, right? The emails that youʼre sending out, are they "branded" with a so-
called email signature box? If not, you should definitely do it because it's an easy
and free way to drive more tra ic to certain webpages of yours or your business.
Your signature box can include a logo, or even a picture of you, but it's usually
fairly simple. You could try something along the lines of:

Automation & Leverage

This is precisely what people who tell you they have an automated business
earning them passive income are doing. They are creating a system that uses
leads-lists to earn a fully automated income like clockwork, and there are only
two parts to that system:
1. A marketing system that automatically captures leads and adds them to

your list (ads/tra ic → landing page → leads-list).
2. An autoresponder that automatically sends out an email, gives them access

to your lead-magnet, follows-up with them to build relationships, and to
make them aware of your o ers.
Again, this whole process or system is called “Authority Marketing”. The best part
about permission marketing and list-building is that it works, no matter when you
start doing it. People have proven that over and over again – and believe me,
theyʼre not smarter than you, so you can replicate their results yourself.

Multiple Income Streams
A few decades ago, families survived on the income of a single breadwinner.

These days, many families struggle, even with two income streams, and with the
rising cost of living, inflation, wars, recession, that's likely to get worse, rather
than better, in the future.
How many streams of income do you have right now? Do you have a backup plan
in case something goes wrong? Most people don't. Most people live from
paycheck to paycheck, and when something goes wrong, things go from okay to
bad to even worse rather quickly.
There's something most employees don't realize, and it is that while they may
think they are successful, most of them are just one paycheck away from financial
ruin. Should the company they work for lay them o or close down, they'll be
unable to meet their mortgage payments and other liabilities, and within a few
weeks, they'll be in serious trouble!
Don't let the lovely house, fancy clothes, or flashy cars fool you – essentially, most
of the people are renting their high-standard lifestyle, and it can all be taken away
in a matter of weeks. The only way to beat the system is to ensure that you have
multiple income streams.

The Mutual Fund Method

One way to ensure that you're not le hung out to dry if your business should fail
is to take the “mutual fund” approach. In this method you diversify; you create
several websites and o ers (your own or as an a iliate), that bring in money.
This ensures that should one income stream dry up, there are always others to
shore up your earnings. There's another good reason for this approach too. One
business can never cater to all the needs of all the potential customers.
Residual Income
There are two kinds of income – linear and residual. Working for an employer is an
example of linear income. You do the work once, and you get paid once.
Residual income is di erent. Residual income beats one time profits every time.
When you earn residual income, you work once and make money repeatedly
without additional cost and e ort. Thatʼs the di erence between real wealth and
the illusion of wealth.
Even high-paying professions, like medicine and law, are subject to the restrictions
of linear income. Doctors and lawyers only get paid when they do the work, and
their income dries up if they don't work. The buck stops with you.
That's all well and good, but how do I go about to achieve it? I'm glad you asked
:-)
Now letʼs look at something whatʼs called the "holy grail" in online marketing.

Subscription Income
Residual income at its best. This is the type of income that is more life-changing I
believe than any other type of income. And it's what we call subscription income.
If you think about your life today, you pay for your electricity, you pay for your
mobile phone, perhaps you pay for satellite TV or your Netflix account, maybe you
have some sort of membership (Gym, Apple iCloud, etc.), right?
Now, subscription income is really the ultimate income over the long term.
Whether you work or not, because somebody signs up once, you get paid again
and again.
You could partner with companies and brands and be an a iliate promoting
products and serivces that o er these kind of subscription income models.
So let's just look at some of these numbers for a moment. Let's say over the next
12 months, you are creating or promoting a product that people pay for every
month, okay? Now, if you get just 250 people that are pleased with the product or
service that they're paying for, and that can be worth $20 a month to you as the
business owner, that's $5,000 a month that's coming in, month in, month out. No
extra advertising, no extra marketing, no extra work – just pure passive profit.
Letʼs say you dedicated the next few months to getting digital skills, you create
this digital asset, and you really start to think like an entrepreneur for the
Internet; how di erent do you think your life would be six months from now, a
year from now when you've got 5 or 10 grand a month coming in pretty much
guaranteed because somebody is paying for that product or service that you are
providing?
All right. So, I hope if you weren't already sold on the concept of multiple streams
