Warranty Period

Start Date: September 11, 2017

1. All ETC Dimming and Control equipment will be covered by a Full ETC and Christie Lites
Sales warranty of 2 years.

2. We offer a 3 year warranty on our Workmanship.

3. All other manufacturer’s equipment and ETC Fixtures will be covered by a Full Christie Lites
Sales warranty of 2 years.

4. Christie Lites Sales offers 5 days / week rental shop hours to expedite any service loaner
requirement. In addition, a 24 hour /day emergency response number is provided for any
after hour’s requirements or information. Also, ETC offers 24/7 factory technical support via
telephone and internet access. Tel: 1 800 688 4116

5. Christie Lites Sales will provide a technician for ETC equipment commissioning and training
session on the ETC Systems. We will provide our best support to École Secondaire Gaétan
Gervais and its staff.
