Gourd Salsa
Serves: 1 to 2

1 Cucumber 100 Gram
2 Ridge gourd 100 Gram
3 Bottle gourd 100 Gram
4 Winter melon 100 Gram
5 Chayote 100 Gram
6 Onion 50 Gram Optional
7 Tomato 50 Gram Optional
8 Coconut 2 Cup Grated
9 Coriander As needed Finely Chopped
10 Curry leaves As needed Finely Chopped

Procedure:
1 Salad dressing: shake will a table spoon lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Diced all the vegetables and toss them together. Sprinkle freshly grated coconut, curry leaves and
2 coriander. Season with salad dressing.
