E-mail ID: sgb_sanpada@yahoo.co.in DATE= 2nd August, 2022 ORDER ‘Sub = Increase in the Special Allowance/Dearness Allowance & HLR.A. w.c.f. 1* July, 2022, ‘The Board had revised the Special Allowance/Deamess Allowance and House Rent Allowance of the registered Secutity Guards/ Officers w.e-f. 1* January, 2022 vide this Office Ordler No.SGB/SA/ALD/2022-873, dtd, 5.2.2022 ‘The Competent Authority, under Minimum Wages Act 1948, Mumbai, vide its Order No.RW/MWA/SA/2022(2)/Desk-10/21836, dtd. 18.2022 declared the rates of Special Allowance/ Dearness Allowance for the period from 1* July, 2022 to 31st December, 2022.@ Rs.2,106.00 p.m. In accordance to this the Board has decided on 2.082022 to revise the Special Allowance/Dearness Allowance and House Rent Allowance payable to the Registered Security Guards/Officers of the Board for the period from 1 July, 2022 to 31st December, 2022. Accordingly the rate of Special Allowance/Dearness Allowance of the Security Guard / Officer is Rs.2,106.00 p.m, House Rent Allowance @ 20% on Minimum Wages (Basic Wages + Special Allowance/ Dearness Allowance) is also made applicable to the Security Guards/ Officers. The rate of Basic Wages, Conveyance Allowance, Education Allowance, Leave Travelling Allowance (LTA) & Washing Allowance will remain same as per the Order of the Board Ref. Over Time Wages should be calculated at double the normal rate, on Minimum Wages. (ie. Basic Wages + Special Allowance/Dearness Allowance). All Registered Principal Employers are hereby directed to remit the Wages, Allowances & Levy thereon at revised rates w.e.f. 1 July, 2022 in respect of registered Security Guards allotted to them. sa/- (ASHOK L..
