In my senior high school, I took four PE subjects. There, I learned that Physical Education is not just

Playing sports but how to take care of your physical health. I was even thought how to respond
As a first aid to someone in need. I was thought how to take pulse in an easier way.
Moreover, I learned about the importance of exercising and the correct way of working out, for

Is the application of FITT principles to my routine. Before, I just look up on the internet what are the

work out for teenagers but after I was thought about the principles, I had my own written up
workout
Routine that I designed. In result to that, I had better results since the routines that I put up is I
know I can and maintain.
