Dear Ms. Mila:

I have just received your March 24 letter about the damaged

shipment you received through our company. Please accept my
apologies for this incident.

I was displeased to know that the shipment arrived damaged at your

facility. As per your request, a new shipment left our warehouse this
morning and is scheduled for delivery on March 29.

Please be reminded to keep the damaged shipment in the same

conditions as you received it and turn it over to the driver at next
delivery.
