I have been given the responsibility to announce this bad news to

you, as you know the pandemic hit us hard this year, and we are
facing financial problems and rising cost. Due to this financial crisis
we decided to reduce our employees to reduce the expenses.

I regret to inform you that you will not be able to be with us anymore.
We understand how disappointing this news to you, and we have
tried to delay this decision as long as we can, but sadly it is
unavoidable.

We would like to thank you for your efforts and hard work with our
company. We promise that whenever things go back to normal, and
we look for new employees, we will contact you first for sure.

The company will assist you to find another job, and we will give you
a separate pay package until you secure a new job.
