Introduction
What Is Time Management? Time management is the process
of organizing and planning how to divide your time between
different activities. Get it right, and you'll end up working
smarter, not harder, to get more done in less time – even when
time is tight and pressures are high.

Do you ever feel like there's not enough

time in the day?
We all get the same 24 hours – so why do some people seem to
achieve more with their time than others? The answer: A
better time management. Effective time management allows
individuals to assign specific time slots to activities as per their
importance. Time Management refers to making the best use of
time as time is always limited.

What are the Benefits of Good Time

Management?
A proper Time Management has lots of benefits:-
 Greater productivity and efficiency
 Less stress
 A better professional/educational reputation
 Increased chances of advancement
 More opportunities to achieve your life and career goals.
Overall, we start feeling more in control, with the confidence to
choose how best to use our time.
How Well Do You Manage Your Time?
Start by assessing your existing approach. How good are you at
organizing your time so that you get the important things done
well? Can you balance your time between different activities?
And when you do make time to do something, are you able to
focus and get it finished?
 You can achieve more when you start dedicating time to
the right things i.e. prioritize your tasks.
 You may know what you need to do – but when should you
do it? Timing is everything. For that scenario making a
time table or scheduling your work would be fruitful.
 The most successful time management element is to have
clear targets to aim for i.e. set your goals.
 You should always stay focused and concentrate towards
your priorities and important work. Try to manage
distractions.
 Last but not the least “Be Self-Aware”; Try to keep a track
of time. You can’t improve how you use your time, without
understanding how you actually use it in the first place.

Results of Survey:
What I understand from the survey:
From the above survey I understand that everybody is aware of, what
actually Time Management is, but nobody seems to follow it wisely.
Nearly half the people don’t even have their own time table. So they
don’t follow any kind of regulations of their own. And nearly quarter
people are able to follow the time table daily. Other those who have
time table but they are unable to follow it daily, in other words they
get distracted easily.
I also discovered that every people get distracted when they are doing
some important work, which is normal and I am not blaming them,
but in the survey there were three major reasons of distraction in the
options and more than 50% of people get distracted by all of the
above three major issues, which on my opinion is not good for them, if
they really want achieve their goals.
Every people on my survey are used to complete their tasks in the
order of their importance, which on my opinion everybody should do
that.
Overall everyone knows what Time Management is and everyone
believes in it, but yet everybody fails to manage their time.
