ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

FOR INCOMING STUDENTS

STEP 1:    ACTIVATE YOUR ECC EMAIL ACCOUNT

 
(a) Log on to aeorion.ecc.edu.jm.
(b) Click on “Activate Account”.
(c)  Enter your ID number and date of birth using the example given.
(d)  Provide additional information such as a password, security question and a secondary
email address.
(e) The System will then indicate that you are now active.

STEP 2.     SELECT YOUR COURSES

(a) Select the term/semester/modality of study and the campus at which the course is being
offered. (Example 2022/ Semester 1/ECC Regular/ECC Main Campus/Camp Road).
(b) Ensure that you select the courses and be guided by the correct course codes as displayed
in the Course Structure for your programme of study.

STEP 3.     OBTAIN FINANCIAL CLEARANCE.

Your school fees must be paid in accordance with your payment plan to ensure you obtain
financial clearance. Financial clearance is given by the Student Finance Officer who will update
your account with your payment(s).

Should you experience any difficulties in the process, check with the Student Finance
Office or send an email to studentfinance@ecc.edu.jm immediately.

STEP 4:    The registration process is now complete - You are now a registered student!!

NB: 1. Keep ALL your school fee payment receipts in a safe place for the duration
of your programme of study. This maybe needed for reference should the need
arise.
2. Your registration must be completed within the specified period that is posted.
3. The Aeorion system does not permit registration outside the stipulated period.
Consequently, any request after the scheduled registration period will attract a late
registration fee, as it will then require the assistance of Administration.
