My basis of this SWOT Analysis is my first observation tool which was observed by our Department Head
in Science. My strengths are the following preparedness during the observation, mastery of the subject
matter and classroom management. This strength of mine are mime boost my confidence that I can
really do the job well. If we have strength there is also weaknesses which keep us do more and do better
, until this time It really gives me a challenge in making differentiated activities to address student’s
needs but in my own assessment I’m improving in comparison with the previous years and in this
experience I really appreciate the technical assistance of the master Teacher as an observer because she
extend her help and make some technical assistance to me. So this classroom observation feedback
gives me an opportunity to do better and it is important to participate in higher forum demo teaching
because the more critics you will encounter the more you will improve. During classroom setting it is
very threatening to me having students who act not same way as usual. During classroom observation
not just the teacher had a butterfly in the stomach but also student had, because of this they may
perform differently like the usual setting. It is important to have an orientation to students that expect
some visitors every now and then so that they will be prepared that there are instances that like that.
