OCTOBER 10, 2021 In my opinion is very important understand how does it works the communication in de companies, because with the arrival of technology, the medium for communicate inside and outside the company have changed. In the past was more common that the people communicate with letters, but now the companies invest in organizational communication and buy software for become more easy the communication and can have the information more organized, for example Gmail, Outlook, Office 365, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and others platforms are very useful for the team workers for communicate news, attend requests and do many kinds of office procedures. If a company doesn’t actualize her communication methods is in danger of lose an important information, in addition to being a company at a disadvantage compared to others in her technological backwardness. Many companies die because they don’t adopt the technological changes, because they don’t understand the benefits that have a good organizational communication how it is much faster, it achieves greater coverage, more problems can be solved in less time.
Investing in information systems can improve the productivity of companies and
generate higher income, improve relationships within the company and make the company more competitive in the market. Written communication is obsolete, it is a duty of companies to update and improve communication through digital media, create website, media by E-mail, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, are requirements if you want to compete in the market. This is the digital age and every day the processes are more virtual, even more so after the Covid pandemic.
