Madam/Sir, With reference to the subject and letter cited above you are hereby requested to go through the letter meticulously and take appropriate steps to execute the activities as mentioned below. As per Chapter-IV (Secton-22) of RCFCE Act, 2009 the School Management Committee (SMC) & School Management & Development Committee (SMDC) of all Govt. schools shall prepare the School Development Plan (SDP) / School Disaster Management Plan (SDMP) School Safety Plan (SSP) for their schools in enabling the schools to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of effectiveness in meeting the educational needs as well as safety needs of its pupils. In this regard the following necessary steps may be taken at your level for ensuring 100% implementation of the activity. © Inthe process of preparation of School Development Plan & SDMP/SSP all schoo! shail be provided with soft copy of the indicative formats (Odia version). School will make 2 nos. of printouts of such format. After completion of SDP & SDMP/SSP at school level, school will kept one format with itself and submit the duplicate one to the Block Education Officer. © During preparation of School Development Plan & SDMP/SSP, data from SDMIS and Teacher Portal & Child Census may be considered for reference and comparison for ensuring datacor° During preparation of SDP & SDMP/SSP convergence shall be made with other line agencies like Deptts of DDMA, Panchayat Raj, & DW, WCD, Labour, ST&SC Development, Health, Sports, MP-LAD, MLA-LAD, BRGF etc MISPCs working at block level will facilitate the entire process of preparation of SDP & SDMPISSP. All Govt. Aided and Private Unaided schools shall be encouraged to prepare SDP & SDMP/SSP at their level and soft copy of such format may be provided to those schools, if required, Funds required for printing of the format, meeting of SMC/SMDC and other related works may be met out of Safety Grant provided to each school during 2021-22. CRCC will ensure convening of SMC/SMDC meeting to prepare SDP & SDMP/SSP in each school under her/his cluster concemed. He/she will ensure that schools are filling the format completely as per need and norm. After completion of School Development Plan (SDP) / Schoo! Disaster Management Plan (SDMP) /School Safety Plan (SSP) at school level, the document will be submitted to concern BEOs through CRCCs. BEO/BRCC will make a completion check of School Development Plan (SDP) / Schoo! Disaster Management Plan (SDMP) /School Safety Plan (SSP) and ensure Block level consolidation to be done by MISPCs. Dateline for the same may be followed as below . 10-15" December- Communication of letter to all schools and printing of formats by schools. + 16.23 December- Convening of SMC/SMDC meeting and preparation of Schoo! Development Plan (SDP) / School Disaster Management Plan (SDMP) /School Safety Plan (SSP) in all schools. . 24" December- Submission of report regarding preparation of SDP & SDMP/SSP . 25%.30" December- Consolidation at Block level * 31% December- Submission of block level consolidation report by BEOs.
