Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution
dated August 22, 2022 which reads as follows:

"A.C. No. 13360 [Formerly CBD Case No. 19-5900](JERRY D.

ZARATE, complainant v. ATTY. VINCENT D. ROMARATE,
respondent). - The September 25, 2021 Notice of Resolution for CBD
Case No. 19-5900, issued by the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of
the Philippines, is NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and
APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of lawJ and recommendations
of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached January 28, 2021 Report
and Recommendation, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of
Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against
respondent Atty. Vincent D. Romarate is DISMISSED.

SO ORDERED."
