Loyalties and hatred are both strong 
Again, I’d let him use the Fast Attack to aid himself against a single target; that’s why the two 
burst arrows in “Breakout” do 7 damage and knock out people like Whiplash. Normal arrows 
only do 4 damage, but he knocks people unconscious with them, so his do 6. Special effects 
vary, but they seem all to be blast or burst blast.  

In some of the comics, Hawkeye was deaf, but it’s never mentioned in the show. Instead, his 
qualities reflect the tangled past and abilities that come with being a SHIELD agent, that he’s 
the representative of the normal Joe on the series, and that he seems to be exceedingly loyal, 
but that loyalty can become an equally strong hatred. Athletics and Martial Arts reflect his ability 
to dodge attacks. If he needs higher values for spy­type stuff, he uses his Quality. Tricks from 
growing up in the circus ("The Widow's Sting") are essentially the same, though I suppose I 
could re­word the Quality.
