Important Notice to Home Buyers/Real Estate Allottees

This is to inform you that the projects which are part of M/s Ajnara India Ltd and
where will come under insolvency proceedings and any other project under any other
entity will not come under insolvency proceedings by virtue of Hon’ble NCLT order
dated 20.09.2022.
As per the information available with IRP, following projects are part of M/s Ajnara
India Ltd.

appearing on Ajnara webpage) may not come under the purview of CIRP order dated
20.09.2022. However, if the payment or the consideration has been paid to the M/s
Ajnara India Ltd, then the claim can be filed.
