McDonald's video that harkened back to a classic piece of advertising, showing


how small, seemingly mundane moments are still possible despite the new normal. This
comes on the heels of its announcement of safety protocols implemented in response
to the call to adapt to the new normal lifestyle. In response to this poignant reminder,
McDonald's reaffirms its dedication to quality, safety, and cleanliness through improved
sanitation practices, its No-Touch service across all ordering channels, and a continuing
mission to lead the promotion of creative and practical ways to meet Filipinos' needs.
It shows glimpses of life that continues despite the pandemic's ferocious spread,
such as the timid smiles hidden behind the necessary face masks, dining out together
while remaining apart, and becoming accustomed to spending time indoors as part of
the New Normal. In a very short amount of time, life as we know it has transformed.
While there are currently less opportunities for vacations, get-togethers, and
celebrations, McDonald's Kita-Kits with McDo ad demonstrated that impromptu happy
accidents are still very much feasible in the new normal. Their Kita-Kits advertisement
spreads a message of hope by reminding us that, even if we might not be able to
continue with our usual routines, we can still create new memories with McDonald's
whenever and wherever we like.
