Remarks: Costs will be invoiced and precious metal debited around 14 weeks
after receipt of material.

Please indicate tariff number (HS Code) 711031 on the shipping documents.
Contract for shipment of waste is necessary, please contact us in advance to
prepare the applicable paper work!

Compensation: Two alternatives will be possible for handling:

1. After completing the refining circle we will arrange a direct shipment to

Lazurde Riyadh for the refined return quantity of 85% percentage rhodium.
Requested Umicore electroplating products and quantities to be defined as per
your preference.

Before we will physically hand-over the shipment to our courier, the refining
invoice plus our invoice for the quantities included in the delivery (new Umicore
material) need to be settled via advance payment

Our invoice for advance payment will cover three different positions:
-Refining costs
-New Umicore bottles (just invoicing you for the labor charges)
-CIP-Charges

2. After completing the refining circle we will arrange a direct shipment to

Lazurde Riyadh for the refined return quantity of 85% percentage rhodium
Requested Umicore electroplating products and quantities to be defined as per
your preference.

We can balance all occurred costs against the credited rhodium quantity.
In this specific case, the returned quantity of Umicore material will be less than
85% but final shipment invoice value 0€.

General: It´s important that Lazurde KSA checks in advance about the possibility
for doable important handling options with local customs authorities to
ensure a smoothly running procedure without any complications & delays.

In case of additional occurred costs, Umicore will be entitled to pass on to

Lazurde. Furthermore Lazurde is responsible for the required import permission.
MSDS and HS-Code can be provided from us in advance for verification.
