Insights:
My insights in this lesson are: I learned that that the

financial management refers to strategic planning, organizing,

directing and controlling of financial undertakings in an

organization or institute. Without this financial management, the

company or business will not progress because it controls the

financial activities in a specific area. It is one of the most

important in business because it is the responsibilities of the

owners and business managers to perform decisions that will be

utilized by everyone in the company and the finance manager

ensure the health of an organization through investment

activities and long term financing strategies.

Next is, the reporter also give enough information about the

roles of finance managers that will surely understand by everyone

because it is presented in the organizational chart. To sum it

up, I like the presentation of Mr. Arrevado, it is short but

precise.
