Philip isan additional character that can be used in any Lobotomy
‘game, with or without other modules of From the Deep. Playing
as Philip requires an advanced knowledge ofthe game rules as he
has the ability o take control of multiple monsters and use them

“Artifacts are powerful rewards that can be acquired in multiple
ways when playing with the Summoning of Dagon or
Underground Modules.
During the game setup, place the shuffled Artifact Deck next to
the Inventory Decks. Artifact cards ean be used and traded in the
same way as other Inventory cards and take up Inventory space as
normal). The only exception is that a character can only carry a
‘maximum of 1 Amtifact at a time. When they draw en another
Aifact, the player choses one to keep and must discard the other.
When players acquire an atifet through defeating Dagon, they
draw it from the deck and may choose any one character to place
it in their inventory (obeying Inventory and Artifact limits)
regardless of where they are
fan Ansifact is a reward for a ritual Snished on a Small Board
(representing the underground) chen only characters that are
currently on any of the Small Boards can put i in their inventory,

Please note that this module requires that the Deep Ones module

Characters move on the Small Boards the sime as on the Main

cannot leave the underground (unles ritual sates otherwise).
If two or more small boards are used together, the passage from
one 1 another is always inthe middle ofthe right edge
