The undersigned is your registered scholar, currently enrolled in the College of Law, Mindanao
State University – Main Campus, as a freshman.

Last August 8, 2022, I have processed my enrolment in the said institution only to find out that
as per university policy, before a law student can be officially enrolled, he/she must outrightly
pay the tuition fee for the whole semester and monthly payments are not allowed.

In order to secure my slot in the college and processed my enrolment, my mother borrowed
money which is still unpaid. The allowance that will hopefully receive from your good
foundation will be of great help in paying my mother’s debt and my required law books.
