Latin America has always depended of that nowadays are part of Latin America,
The raw materials export model the production of raw materials exported some raws materials for some
European coutries.

In 19th century there was a specialiization of raw material

production:
Caribbean and Central american countries: tropical fruits, sugar,
cacao, coffee and tobbaco.
Bolivia and Chile: Mineral resources
Argentina and Uruguay: Beaf and wheat

In the 20th century Latin America started exporting its primary resources, with a
partnership with foreign countries
