The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Port Administration (MDOT MPA) is issuing this
Amendment No. 3 to IFB No. 222020-IT to amend the deadline for submission of Bids to 11:00 am
Local Time on Friday, October 28, 2022.

This Amendment No. 3 is also being issued to inform potential Bidders that answers to questions
submitted are still being reviewed and will be published in a forthcoming amendment. All information
contained herein is binding on all Bidders who respond to this IFB.

Changes to the scope of work or any response requirement will be published as an amendment and
supersede the original published document.
