Sesame seeds crusted chicken teriyaki (Japanese food)

1. Chicken slice
2. Marinate: mixed them and marinate with chicken 10-15 min.
2.1 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2.2 2 tbsp honey
2.3 1 tsp sugar
2.4 1 tsp grinded ginger
3. Long onion (or onion), cut in big pieces
4. White sesame seeds

a) Oil (low to med. Heat) -> onion to brown (~ 1-2 min.)


b) Marinated chicken mixed with sesame -> cook low-medium heat (with
cover 2 min.)
flip chicken and -> cook another 2 min. with cover
& put chicken to dish
c) Oil left -> cook onion again for 1 min. -> to dish
d) Marinate left over -> put on top of chicken in dish
