Podmienky použitia e-ticketa s kódom LRPG9E
• Pri nástupe cestujúci nie je povinný predložiť tento vytlačený e-ticket.
Musí však poznať jeho kód LRPG9E.
• Tento e-ticket je možné vrátiť iba prostredníctvom mobilnej aplikácia CP,
kde bol zakúpený alebo prostredníctvom CP.sk
(https://cp.hnonline.sk/jizdenky), kde pre vrátenie tohto e-ticketu použite
kód CP.sk AEAB-67DY-5LLF.
• Podmienky pre vrátenie sú stanovené dopravcom. Na elektronickom
lístku je vytlačená príslušná zrážka / čas do odchodu, dokedy je možné
cestovný lístok vrátiť.
• Ak neobsadí cestujúci miesto najneskôr do odchodu, alebo ak nemôže z
colných alebo pasových dôvodov pokračovať v jazde, stráca nárok na
prepravu bez náhrady.
• Ak cestujúci cestovný lístok na menej ako 250 km nepoužil preto, že
príslušný spoj bol zrušený alebo meškal s odjazdom o viac ako 30 minút,
bude mu cestovné vrátené. Preprava na väčšiu vzdialenosť sa riadi
nariadením EP č. 181/2011.
• Za priebeh prepravy zodpovedá dopravca NIKATRANS s.r.o..
Cestujúcemu nevzniká nárok na úhradu prípadných škôd spôsobených
meškaním spoja alebo jeho zrušením.

Terms of use of the e-ticket with code LRPG9E
• When boarding, passenger does NOT have to present a printed copy of
this e-ticket. However, the passenger must know its code LRPG9E.
• This e-ticket can be returned in the mobile application CP where it was
purchased or through CP.sk (https://cp.hnonline.sk/jizdenky), where you
can use CP.sk code AEAB-67DY-5LLF to return this e-ticket.
• Cancellation conditions of the e-ticket are set by the carrier. The
corresponding charge / time to departure till when the ticket can be
returned are indicated on the e-ticket.
• If the passenger does not occupy the seat before departure he/she loses
transportation entitlement without any compensation. The same rule is
applied in cases where continuation of his/her journey is not allowed by
customs or immigration offices.
• If the passenger did not use a ticket for a ride shorter then 250km,
because the appropriate connection was cancelled or delayed on
departure more than 30 minutes, the fare will be refunded.
Transportation for a longer ride is defined by The Regulation (EU) No
181/2011.
• The carrier is responsible for the transportation (NIKATRANS s.r.o.).
However, the passenger has no right to claim compensation for any
consequential, incidental, or indirect damage arising from late departure,
late arrival or cancellation of a connection.
