RELEASE, WAIVER, and QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, NILA F. VICENIO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residential address
at 56 Block 3B Lot 32 Phase 3C Tilapia St., Kaunlaran Village, Brgy. 22, Caloocan City,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby state and undertake
as follows:

1. I am a resident and owner of Unit 909B, Tower 3, Celadon Park Manila (the
“Unit”);

2. The Unit was damaged due to the alleged water leak of the waterproofing of
Unit 1109B (the “Incident”) owned by Ms. ANITA YU;

3. That Ms. Anita Yu, as a good gesture and act of generosity have decided to cause
the repair of the affected reported area of the Unit (the “Courtesy”);

4. In view of the acknowledgement of the Courtesy, I hereby quitclaim, release,

waive and discharge, forever and unconditionally, ANITA YU and/or their
agents, representatives, and successors-in-interest from any and all causes of
actions, sums of money, claims, damages, demands, and any further liability
whatsoever in law, contract, and equity, past, present or contingent, which I or
my successor-in-interest, representatives, and assigns had, have, or may have
against ANITA YU and/or their agents, representatives, and successors-in-
interest in connection to or arising from the Incident;

5. I shall not file nor cause to be filed any administrative, legal action, or complaint
in connection with or arising from the Incident in any office, board, bureau,
court, tribunal, and agency against ANITA YU and/or their agents,
representatives, and successors-in-interest and any and all action in connection
with or arising from the Incident already commenced, either solely in my name
or jointly with others against ANITA YU and/or their agents, representatives,
and successor-in-interest are hereby deemed voluntarily withdrawn and I or my
successor-in-interest, representative, and assigns will no longer participate,
testify, prosecute, or provide any evidence in said action;

6. I shall likewise not participate, testify, provide any evidence, or in any way assist
in any and all actions or complaints in connection with or arising from the
Incident in any office board, bureau, court, tribunal, and agency against ANITA
YU and/or their agents, representatives, and successors-in-interest;

7. I acknowledge that this Release, Waiver, and Quitclaim shall not be construed as
an admission of any wrongdoing by ANITA YU in relation to me or any other
person or entity;
 8. I likewise acknowledge that this Release, Waiver, and Quitclaim shall not be
construed as an admission of liability or responsibility by ANITA YU nor does it
indicate that I have any actionable right against ANITA YU;

9. That I execute this Affidavit to attest and declare the truth of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
