Data Collection Methods and Instruments:

 Focused Group Discussion: It involves gathering people from similar backgrounds or


experiences to discuss a specific topic of interest. In our case, we plan to collect data by
having a focused group discussion with the consumers in our target geography. This will help
us in gauging the point of views of the consumers about our brand.

 Interviews: These can vary in formality from informal chats to structured interviews. The
interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meet if the new strain of the Virus is
spreading at a fast rate. The interviews will be with the consumers as well as the retailers.

 Questionnaires and Surveys: We will be floating questionnaires amongst the consumers that
will help us find answers and opinions on various aspects of our brand.

 Client Data: Our client will also provide us with quantitative data which we will be using in
our project. The data obtained from the client will be real time data that will help us in
providing a more accurate solution to the proposed problem statement.
