Symphony for Peru

1. Brief Description: NGO


Symphony for Peru is a non-profit organization, chaired by the Peruvian tenor Juan Diego
Flórez. For 10 years, it has been positively changing the lives of thousands of children and
young people at risk throughout Peru. Symphony for Peru is "Music for development" that
generates, thanks to its methodology and strategy, a powerful impact on children and their
families.

Main Problem
● Not taking into account the data to make business decisions.

● No structure information available.
● Lacks powerful KPIs for founders.
● No visualization tools.

● Demographic - Beneficiaries.

● Status and results - Beneficiaries.
● NGO projects.

4. Proposal
Generate a data-driven culture through an analytical solution that allows the NGO to observe
valuable data in a timely manner.
In order to achieve it, an data measurement strategy will be implemented:

● Examine and analyze data in order to observe various patterns and trends.
● Generation of KPIs that allows the NGO to track its specific objectives.
● Making a dashboard with relevant information that allows the NGO to make
decisions.
