ENHANCED SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
MEETING WITH STAKEHOLDERS

Specific GPTA officers, SPG President, local barangay kagawad of San Miguel, specific
teachers and master teachers of Majayjay Elementary School, were gathered to elaborate the school
improvement plan for the next six years. This meeting was held at MAJES and was led by Mrs.
Maricar A. Afuang, school principal.

A solemn prayer was led by Mr. Jasper Niel V. Ramirez to officially start the meeting.

Department of Education’s vision and mission were discussed by Mrs. Afuang as a guide for
the school projects. Each of stakeholder present were given a chance to define their idea on the
afternoon’s meeting.

Mrs. Owenn Grace I. Rosales, leader of Access pillar, discussed the root causes of school’s
problem regarding with enrollment. She introduced the Project Hikayatin, Akayin, Bawat Bata I-
